标题：Multi-residue Analysis of Residual Veterinary Drugs in Muscle Using Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Electrospray Ionization Tandem Mass Spectrometry
摘要：A simple and rapid screening method using LC/MS/MS for the multi-residue analysis of residual veterinary drugs in muscle was developed. The drugs (3 antibiotics, 18 synthetic antibacterials, 10 anthelminthics and 3 anabolic agents) were extracted from bovine longissimus dorsi ( L. dorsi ), porcine L. dorsi and chicken Pectoralis major with acetonitrile-methanol (95:5, v/v), and the extracts were rinsed with n-hexane saturated with acetonitrile and evaporated. The residues were dissolved with methanol and analyzed by liquid chromatography with gradient elution on a C18 column and detected by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. The detection limits were 0.03 to 2.0 ng/g. The recovery rates of the 33 drugs were in the range of 71∼119 %.
