摘要：We compared the fatty acid balance of the daily meals of students (aged 19-22 years) living in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, according to type of residence. It was found that the P/S ratio did not differ according to type of residence, but that the n-6/n-3 ratio was lower in students living at home than in those not living at home.
