摘要：Liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC/MS) has become an invaluable technique for trace analysis of pollutants in our lifestyles and environment. Use of this technique offers a faster, more convenient, and more sensitive way to analyze many pollutants. The present article introduces the principles of LC/MS and describes LC/MS analysis of pesticides in foods and of surface-active agents.
