摘要：Some methods have been developed to analyze the relatedness of bacteria isolated from patients with enteric infections. Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) is a technique of molecular epidemiology and a powerful tool for determining differences in nucleotide sequences among bacterial genomes. Epidemiological investigations such as that described are becoming important due to the wide distribution of foods today.
