We have reported about the application of poly (disulfide) film as the substrate for immobilization of functional molecules on the electrode. In order to develop new immobilization mode, electrochemical oxidations were carried out with trithiocyanuric acid (TTCA) polymer and ferrocenyl type thiol compound in the acetonitrile solution. And, their immobilization characteristics were evaluated by an electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) technique. It was found that the ferrocenyl compound immobilized in TTCA polymer environment showed a good electrochemical reversibility.
