  • 摘要:

    The sample gelatin solution was jetted at high velocity. The molecular weight distribution and pH dependence of physical retardance of jetted gelatin were examined. The high molecular weight component in the gelatin cleaved by the high velocity jet, and β and α components increased. The pH dependence of physical retardance of the jetted gelatin decreased in an acid pH range. It was suggested that this method had an effect on physical retardance.
