Using the aqueous latex polymer as the binder, we succeeded to make dry-imaging film coated with aqueous dispersion. This film is much more environment-friendly product, because it does not use any processing liquids for printing, but also plenty of organic solvents in the manufacturing process. Further, we introduce many technologies into the film using the unique aspect of aqueous coating, for example ultra fine grain silver halide, high-speed developer, development accelerator, tone controller and image stabilizer.
