    Distributed-type EL is the luminescence panel of the simple structure where the phosphor layer, the dielectric layer, and the back electrode were made to laminate on a substrate. In this research, BaTiO3 ferroelectric is used for the dielectric layer which constitutes a distributed-type EL panel. BaTiO3 has a curie point and the temperature characteristics have instead of among close with luminescence of distributed-type EL. It was shown clearly control of the film thickness of a dielectric layer, and by examining temperature characteristics what kind of influence it has on luminosity.
