The author published the first report of his research about the calculation of characteristic value of reinforced rectangular plate in vibration by means of electric computer in this society of Nov., 1966. In this paper, he makes study of, not only calculation of characteristic value but also nodal lines and characteristic wave forms, and he shows many actual examples of the calculation.
