This study is aiming at quantitantive evaluation of crew's judgement for ship handling in waves. In this paper, as the 2 nd report, the authors explain the results of analysis and evaluation of accumulated data recorded by SMACS, an on-board ship motion monitoring system, which was explained in the 1 st report. Following items for 1, 000 t-type patrol boats are shown and discussed here i) Distribtion of encounter waves ii) Comparison between observed and estimated wave height and length iii) Speed loss in waves iv) Some examples of ship motion in waves v) Characteristics of judgement of course and/or speed change in rough seas
