摘要：En Tunisie, la notion clé qui permet d’apprécier la dynamique des relations entre les gouvernants et les organisations des droits de l’Homme et entre courants politiques de l’opposition en leur sein est celle de compromis. Certains acteurs de l’opposition, membres des associations de droits de l’Homme, sont à la recherche constante d’espaces de médiation avec les pouvoirs publics. La contradiction entre la recherche d’un compromis à tout prix et l’affirmation d’une posture oppositionnelle explique que la seule association des droits de l’Homme légalisée constitue un enjeu de confrontations entre acteurs politiques et qu’il s’agit pour le pouvoir de la transformer en une organisation faire-valoir de son discours en matière de droits humains.↓في تونس، مفتاح المعرفة الذي يسمح بتقدير ديناميكية العلاقات بين الحكام و بين منظمات حقوق الإنسان و بين التيارات السياسية المعارضة هو التراضي. و بعض ممثلي المعارضة، الذين هم أعضاء في جمعيات حقوق الإنسان، يبحثون بشكل دائم عن مجالات وساطة مع السلطات العمومية. التناقض بين البحث عن تراض بأي ثمن و بين تأكيد الموقف المعارض يبين أن المنظمة الوحيدة القانونية لحقوق الإنسان تمثل رهانا للمواجهات بين الممثلين السياسيين، و بالنسبة للنظام الحاكم فإن الأمر يتعلق بتحويل هذه المنظمة إلى منظمة تدافع عن حديثه فيما يخص حقوق الإنسان.
其他摘要：In Tunisia, the critical concept that allows assessment of relations between the government and human rights organizations and opposition groups active in their midst is the element of compromise. Some opposition members of human rights organisations actively seek areas of conflict with the government. The contradiction between the search for a compromise at any cost and the affirmation of an opposing position explains how it is that the only legalized human rights association constitutes the locus of confrontation between political actors, and how the national authority seeks to transform the organisation into a proxy for its own rhetoric on human rights.
