摘要：Depuis plus d’une dizaine d’années, les réseaux de chercheurs sont devenus l’une des formes les plus visibles de la coopération scientifique internationale. Entre les rives Nord et Sud de la Méditerranée, ils ont succédé à des modes de coopération basés sur des flux massifs de personnes. L’un des plus importants de ces réseaux (le Réseau d’excellence Ramses en sciences humaines et sociales) a commencé à fonctionner en 2006 sur financements européens. À travers cette expérience singulière de coopération scientifique, l’article propose d’analyser le rôle des chercheurs dans l’inscription à l’agenda européen d’un tel réseau et tente d’apprécier dans quelle mesure celui-ci peut préfigurer la mise en place d’un espace scientifique méditerranéen doté d’une certaine autonomie notamment vis-à-vis des instances politiques, nationales d’une part, européennes de l’autre.↓منذ أكثر من عشر سنوات، أصبحت شبكات الباحثين إحدى الأشكال الأكثر ظهورا للتعاون العلمي العالمي. بين ضفتي الشمال و الجنوب لحوض المتوسط، خلفت هذه الشبكات سبلا التعاون المعتمدة على أعداد كبيرة من الأفراد. واحدة من أهم هذه الشبكات (شبكة الجودة رمسيس في العلوم الإنسانية و الاجتماعية) بدأت العمل في 2006 بتمويلات أوربية. من خلال هذه التجربة الفريدة للتعاون العلمي، يقترح المقال تحليل دور الباحثين في تسجيل شبكة كهذه في المفكرة الأوروبية و يحاول تقييم إلى أي مدى تستطيع هذه الشبكة الإعلان عن إيجاد مجال علمي متوسطي يتميز بشيء من الاستقلالية إزاء الطلبات الملحة، الوطنية من جهة، و الدولية من جهة أخرى.
其他摘要：For over a decade, research networks have become one of the most visible forms of international scientific cooperation. Between Northern and Southern shores of the Mediterranean, networks have superseded traditional forms of cooperation based on flows of people. One of the largest of these networks, the Ramses Network of Excellence in human and social sciences was created in 2006 with European funding support. Through the experience of scientific cooperation, this article analyzes the role of researchers for inscribing such a network onto the European agenda. The article further attempts to assess the extent to which such cooperation may herald the development of an autonomous Mediterranean scientific space vis-à-vis of the national and european political authorities.
