摘要：O presente artigo apresenta uma leitura pessoal para o entendimento da história do relacionamento entre os dois principais grupos étnicos do Ruanda, os Bahutu e os Batutsi, que desde a independência do país, em 1961, se digladiam ciclicamente pelo controle hegemónico do Estado e pela conquista de um espaço de dominação de um sobre o outro. Pretende-se ainda demonstrar que a luta política no Ruanda despoletou a guerra civil no Zaire e o nascimento da República Democrática do Congo.
其他摘要：This article presents a personal view to understand the historical relationship of the two main ethnic groups in Rwanda, the Bahutu and the Batutsi. Since the independence of Rwanda, in 1961, these two ethnic groups are involved in a constant cycle of violence for the hegemonic control of the State and the domination of one against the other. We aim to show also that the political fight in Rwanda broke up the civil war in Zaire and the outcoming of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
