摘要：Cette étude analyse la formation et le développement des réseaux et des associations touristiques qui répondent aux défis du marché global. Les TIC occupent dans le Bassin-Carpathique, comme dans beaucoup d’endroits du monde, une place importante dans l’évolution du secteur touristique.
其他摘要：This paper analyses the emergence of networks and associations as well as the importance of their development within tourism as a possible reaction to the challenges posed by the constant changes in the global markets. The recent development of information- and communication technologies has been unparalleled in the history of the tourism industry. This paper introduces the link between ICT and tourism – through the development of cross-border tourism regions – in the Carpathian Basin.
