摘要：El texto es una crítica a las teorías contemporáneas que proclaman la incomparabilidad de los .proyectos civilizatorios. en el Tercer Mundo, puesto que existiría una diversidad tan amplia y tan profunda de culturas, que sería imposible encontrar un .metacriterio. histórico, desde el cual se podrían juzgar algunos de sus aspectos fundamentales. En realidad esto significa pasar por alto los aspectos autoritarios de muchos regímenes socio-culturales. Se analizan ejemplos del espacio islámico y de la región andina de Sudamérica.
其他摘要：This text is a critique of present theories which postulate the incomparability of the .civilizatory projects. in the Third World, for it is assumed that it would be a so wide and deep difference of cultures that it should be impossible to ascertain an historic metacriterion, from which we could judge positive and negative aspects of themselves. In reality this means to overlook the authoritarian aspects of many social and cultural models. Some examples of the Islamic world and the Andean area of South America are therefore analyzed.
