摘要：El presente trabajo explica las con-diciones de suficiencia y/o necesidad en las cuales la Suprema Corte de Justicia en México vota contra el presidente en las controversias constitucionales. Asimismo, utiliza el Análisis Cualitativo Comparado para comparar las decisiones durante 12 años. Así, comprueba que la Suprema Corte de Justicia en México se comporta de forma estratégica votando contra el presidente en los temas de su agenda de gobierno y cuando ninguno de sus miembros ha sido nominado por el mandatario en funciones.
其他摘要：This paper explains the conditions of sufficiency and/or necessity in which the Supreme Court in Mexico votes against the president in constitutional disputes. It also uses the Qualitative Comparative Analysis to compare the decisions made during a 12-year period. The author proves that the Supreme Court in Mexico behaves strategically, by voting against the president on the issues on its political agenda and when none of its members has been nominated by the incumbent president.
