摘要：Se analiza una de las divergencias usuales entre las teorías conductuales y las teorías psicométricas: la prioridad dada por las teorías conductuales a la comparación de diferentes estímulos de un mismo sujeto -intra- y la que suelen otorgar las teorías psicométricas a la comparación de unos mismos estímulos o preguntas en diferentes sujetos -entre-. A pesar de tal diferencia, llama la atención que ambos análisis parten de una única y misma matriz de datos, de respuestas de los sujetos por preguntas de una prueba, definidos ambos elementos mutua y conjuntamente. De ahí que las orientaciones conductuales y psicométricas puedan considerarse complementarias más que incompatibles y radicalmente diferentes, algo que desarrolla y discute esta ponencia.
其他摘要：This paper analyses one of the typical divergences between the behavioral and psychometrics theories of personality: the priority given by behavioral theories to the comparison of different stimuli in the same subject (within-subject approach) and that is usually given by psychometric theories to the comparison of the same stimuli or questions in different subjects(between-subject approach). Despite these differences, it is notable that both perspectives begin from a single shared data matrix, the responses given by a subject in a test, which mutually and conjointly defines both elements. This presentation argues that the behavioral and psychometric orientations may consider complementary, rather than incompatible or radically different.
