摘要：académico como fundamento para el desarrollo local, tomando como campo observacional elcaso del sistema productivo de la empresa Productos Alimenticios Kelly´s, ubicada en el MunicipioRivas Dávila del estado Mérida. Epistemológicamente, el estudio se ubicó dentro del enfoque fenomenológicovivencial, asumiendo los fundamentos argumentados en el Modelo de Variabilidad dela Investigación Educativa (VIE), para el caso de las investigaciones que presentan un carácterexplicativo (Padrón, 1998). Bajo esta orientación, la investigación se estructura de la siguienteforma: se describe en principio la metodología utilizada; luego, se presentan las teorías de entraday el marco referencial del trabajo; posteriormente, se plantea el caso de estudio; para finalizar conlas conclusiones que reflejan el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados. Abstract The systems of popular and academic knowledge as a base of localdevelopment.The case of Food Products Kelly’s The work is focused on précising the emphasis in the integration of systems of popularand academic knowledge as a base for the local development, taking as observational fieldthe case of the production system in the enterprise “Food Products Kelly’s”, which is locatedin Rivas Davila borough, state of Merida. Epistemologically, this study is located withinthe existential-phenomenological approach, assuming the foundations argued in “VariabilityModel of teaching research” (VIE), for the case of investigations that present an explicativecharacter (Padrón 1998). Under this orientation, this research is based in four sections: thefirst one, the methodology is exposed; the second one presents the first theories and the referentialframe of this work; the third one presents the conclusions that reflect the achievementof the goals planed.
