摘要：Este ensayo parte de la consideración, desde un enfoque reticular, de que la investigación es el ejevinculante de los programas de postgrado. Para ello se partió de la siguiente interrogante ¿cómo vincular losprogramas de postgrado a través de la investigación enmarcada dentro de un enfoque reticular? Los nudosproblemáticos que se argumentaron son los siguientes: integración del conocimiento, el aprovechamiento deltalento humano, el currículo y la formación de investigadores, la conformación de comunidades de aprendizajey el fortalecimiento de las tareas adjetivas de la investigación. Se concluye indicando que el enfoque reticular,dadas sus características globalizantes e integradoras, permiten a las instituciones universitarias la generacióncolectiva de conocimientos producto de la interacción entre las comunidades y el entorno y la conformaciónde redes multidimensionales y transdisciplinarias. RESEARCH IN THE POSTGRADUATE STUDIES: A CROSS-LINKED APPROACH This essay starts from the consideration, from a cross-linked approached, that research is thebinding core of the syllabus in the postgraduate studies. This was based on the following question; howcan we bind the postgraduate studies syllabus through the research within the frame of the cross-linkedapproach? The problematic nodes that were stated are the following: incorporation of the knowledge,management of the human talent, the syllabus and the training of researchers, the conformation oflearning communities and the strengthening of the tasks related to research. We conclude that thecross-linked approach, due to its globalizing and integrative features, allow the universities to generatecollective knowledge, which comes from the interaction among the communities and the environmentand the conformation of multidimensional and interdisciplinary networks.
