摘要：Este artículo discute la metodología del proyecto "Trayectorias y Memoria de Investigación: Testimonios y aproximaciones narrativas a la investigación en Trabajo Social", que reconstruye las trayectorias de cuarenta y tres trabajadores sociales chilenos, que se desempeñan en distintas universidades de la capital del país y otras cuatro ciudades del sur de Chile. Se analiza, en primera instancia, el proceso metodológico de autoentrevista y entrevistas biográficas que permitió la elaboración del material cualitativo a partir del cual se construyen los testimonios de investigación. En este análisis se presta especial atención al proceso de construcción dialógica de narrativas entre los participantes de este estudio y la investigadora (también trabajadora social) y el camino seguido para la construcción de cada testimonio. Posteriormente se revisan los alcances que el enfoque biográfico-narrativo ofrece en el desarrollo de prácticas de memoria de investigación y su aporte en los procesos de reflexividad de la disciplina a la que pertenecen los participantes, incluyendo una reflexión acerca del rescate de memorias investigativas olvidadas o poco conocidas. El artículo concluye observando las potencialidades y límites de la construcción de narrativas como método-proceso de investigación y sus perspectivas de análisis cuando se desarrollan estudios de trastienda, como el que se expone este trabajo que sigue a los investigadores a través de sus investigaciones. URN: http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:0114-fqs150339↓In diesem Beitrag beschäftige ich mich mit der Rekonstruktion und Analyse der Erzählungen von 43 chilenischen Sozialarbeiter/innen, die in Universitäten in der chilenischen Hauptstadt und vier Städten im Süden Chiles tätig sind. Genauer geht es mir um die Prozesse des Selbst-Interviewens und des biografischen Interviewens als Ausgangspunkten für die Konstruktion von Forschungsaussagen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit gilt dem Prozess der Konstruktion von Dialogen und Narrativen zwischen den Untersuchungsteilnehmer/innen und mir als Forscherin. Dabei greife ich auch auf narrativ-biografische Methodologien zurück bei der Frage nach Gedächtnispraxen und nach reflexiven Praxen in der Sozialarbeit. Ich schließe, indem ich spezifische Potenziale und Probleme im Prozess der Konstruktion von Narrativen herausarbeite, die sich 1. allgemein auf die Methodik beziehen, 2. für generationale Studien zu berücksichtigen sind und 3. für Wissenschaftsforschung, die wie in diesem Fall versucht, Forschende bei ihrer Forschungsarbeit zu begleiten. 其他摘要：I discuss the methodological process of reconstructing and analyzing the research testimonies of 43 Chilean social workers. They work in universities located in the capital and four cities in the south of Chile. The focus is to analyze the process of self-interviewing and biographical interviewing as the base of the construction of the research testimonies. This analysis paid special attention to the process of constructing dialogues and narratives between the participants in the study and the researcher. The article revises the scope of the narrative-biographical framework, specifically in both the development of practices of research memory, and the reflexive practices within the participants' discipline. I conclude by noting the potential and limitations of the method-process of constructing narratives as 1. a research method in general, 2. in developing generational studies, and 3. in studies about the research process, which in this case try to follow researchers by their research.
