摘要：En los últimos años, el Consejo de Seguridad ha adoptado decisiones de difícil encaje en el Capítulo VII de la Carta, en la que aquel órgano principal formalmente las fundamenta. La inexistencia de controles de legalidad sobre la calificación de las situaciones, de las medidas adoptadas o de su aplicación, suscita cuestiones jurídicas interesantes. Para resolverlas, se indican las posibles soluciones a la situación actual.
