摘要：El presente estudio se enfoca en el desarrollo posterior del llamado NAFTA Plus y el estancamiento derivado de la Ronda de Doha de la OMC. Por otro lado, parte del análisis del hecho de la existencia de la zona de libre comercio enmarcada en el concepto jurídico contenido en el artículo XXIV del GATT 47 y de ahí el autor considera si existe la obligación de avanzar hacia una evolución de la integración económica siguiendo alguno de los modelos más complejos, o bien basta profundizar y aprovechar esta situación alcanzada en lo que se refiere a la desgravación arancelaria total como se llegó en 2008. Para ubicar al lector en el tema central del trabajo, el autor da un breve antecedente a manera de introducción y entonces se ocupa del ASPAN en específico.
其他摘要：This study focuses on the further development of so-called NAFTA Plus and stagnation resulting from the Doha Round of WTO. On the other hand, part of the analysis is about the fact of existence of the FTA framed by the concept contained in Article XXIV of GATT 47 and hence the author considers whether there is an obligation to move towards an evolution of economic integration by one of more of the complex models, or simply deepen and take advantage of this achievement in regard to the total tariff as it was in 2008. To put the reader into the central theme of the work, the author gives a brief history as an introduction and then addresses in specific SPP.
