摘要：During the Anti-Japanese War, Beibei was an important political, economic and cultural rear area. In 1940, the Japanese troops bombed Beibei four times, bringing heavy disaster to the local people. In order to reduce casualties and property losses to the minimum, Beibei set up a special protection mechanism, built a large number of air defense facilities, while paid attention to the expansion of public education, organized air defense relief, and actively responded to the Japanese bombing.
