摘要：In-service teacher education is an important approach of teacher professional development, teachers are the most dynamic and subjective elements of in-service teacher education among all. Therefore, human orientation being the demand for in-service teacher education, which is mainly embodied with “human-oriented” value orientation, teacher as a reflective role, and the trend of in-service teacher education development.
