摘要：Restorative justice has strong victimology base, which is shown in offender-victim interaction theory, physical compensation for victims, narrative theory for victims and prevention of evil inverter of victims. We need to explore various aspects of protecting rights and interest of victims in order to promote the development of restorative justice.
