摘要：The universities have passed to look within to seek opportunities for collaboration, either between universities or with public and private entities in other areas. The construction of the European Higher Education Area and the internationalization of universities have made cooperation and partnerships an emerging value for the future. In a scenario of competition between universities, partnerships are essential for the multiplication of opportunities in attracting top students, teachers and university researchers, and to improve the results of university activity.
