摘要：The article deals with Olympic Spanish sportpeople’s labour market insertion. Strategy and transition are the main theoretical concepts. We are using both phenomenological and figurational approach. In depth interviews have been conducted. Results focus on sportspeople’s adopted strategies: consciousness of future, studies, to safe money, to plan sport retirement, to invest “sport capital”. Conclusions, mainly take into account labour market insertion differences and similarities between sport people and other population.
