摘要：Este estudo teve como objetivo a realização de uma análise descritiva dos achados da configuração velofaríngea relacionada com a avaliação perceptual da voz por meio do exame nasofibrolaringoscópico, em disfônicas adultas com nódulos vocais. Foram selecionadas 8 mulheres com diagnóstico laríngeo evidente de nódulos voais e realizadas avaliações do esfíncter velofaríngeo e perceptivo-auditiva da voz. A avaliação do esfíncter velofaríngeo não revelou inadequação velofaríngea e os achados do exame nasofibrolaringoscópico não foram significativos para obetermos parâmetros da relação da configuração velofaríngea com a ressonância.
其他摘要：The aim of this study was to perform a descriptive analysis of the findings of the velopharyngeal pattern related to the perceptual evaluation of the voice by nasolaryngoscopic examination, in dysphonic adult women with vocal nodules. 8 women with laryngeal diagnosis evident of vocal nodules were selected and the velopharyngeal sphincter and perceptive-auditory evaluations of the voice were carried out. The evaluation of the velopharyngeal inappropriatness and the findings of the nasolaryngoscopic examination were not significant to obtain parameters of the relationship between the velopharyngeal pattern and the resonance.
