摘要：No presente artigo, apresentam-se e discutem-se os elementos constitutivos da clínica, a partir da sua formação no século XVIII, no quadro da medicina. Propõe-se que semiologia, diagnóstico, etiologia e terapêutica definem historicamente um conjunto articulado e covariante de procedimentos, concepções e descrições que convencionamos chamar de clínica clássica. Mostra-se a seguir como tais elementos contêm, dentro de si, mesmo que de forma não explícita, uma concepção sobre o funcionamento da linguagem. Analisa-se em seguida como tais elementos são subvertidos no quadro da clínica psicanalítica proposta por Freud, no qual estes sobrem profundas transformações, mantendo porém a articulação necessária para que ainda se preserve a noção de clinica. Sugere-se, a partir desta concepção, que diferentes disciplinas apropriam-se de tais elementos constituindo projetos clínicos nem sempre redutíveis ou dependentes da epistemologia médica. Argumenta-se que tais projetos poderiam manter o critério da covariância entre seus elementos e uma certa homogeneidade epistemológica entre estes para que se posso legitimar sua ação para além do plano da eficácia. Sugere-se que no caso da clínica fonoaudiológica há certas dificuldades quanto à sua formalização decorrentes da presença de elementos sujeitos à forte heterogeneidade e invariância.
其他摘要：The present article introduces and discusses the elements that constitute the clinic, since its formation in the 18th century, in the medicine area. It proposes that semiology, diagnosis, etiology and therapeutics historically define an articulated and co-variant set of procedures, conceptions and descriptions that have been conventionally called classic clinic. It then shows that these elements contain within themselves, even though not explicitly, a conception about how language functions. After this, the article analyzes how these elements are subverted in the psychoanalytical clinic proposed by Freud, where they undergo profound transformations, maintaining, however, the necessary articulation so that the notion of clinic is preserved. Based on this conception, the article suggests that different disciplines borrow these elements and constitute clinical projects that cannot always be reduced to or dependent on medical epistemology. It argues that these projects should be able to maintain the criterion of co-variance between its elements and a relative epistemological homogeneity between them so that it is possible to legitimate their action beyond the effectiveness plan. The article suggests that, in the case of the Speech and Language Therapy clinic, there are some difficulties regarding its formalization, deriving from the presence of elements that are subject to a strong heterogeneity and invariance.
