摘要：Este artigo trata da singularidade que todo trabalho clínico terapêutico possui, à medida que se configura como um espaço onde o self pode ser relevado. A partir do relato de um caso de uma criança em atendimento psicanalítico, o texto destaca os caminhos pelos quais sua subjetividade vai revelando-se, expressando a necessidade de vivenciar, com o outro, uma experiência humana que lhe possibilite ser uma pessoa e ser ela mesma. Destaca, também, a importância desta percepção, pois trabalhos clínicos-terapeuticos de diferentes origens podem ser propostos. A ausência de linguagem e a pressão social para que esta emerja podem levar a um trabalho centrado na alteridade, no qual a menina adquire e desenvolve linguagem em presença do outro. A autora discute, por meio do caso clínico apresentado, que a necessidade da paciente era mais básica: precisava viver a fusão com um outro ser humano para dele poder se diferenciar e, assim, criar condições para o desenvolvimento de relações interpsíquicas, base fundamental para que a linguagem se estruture e o trabalho fonoaudiológico possa florescer.
其他摘要：This article approaches the singularity associated with every clinical-therapeutic work, as it represents an environment where the self can be revealed. Based on the case report of a child under psychoanalytical treatment, the article points the ways through which the child’s subjectivity progressively surfaces, expressing the need to live with the other, a human experience that allows her to be a person and to be herself. It also highlights the importance of this perception, since clinical-therapeutic approaches of different origins can be proposed. The absence of language and the social pressure for it to emerge can lead to a type of work that is centered on alterity, where the child acquires and develops language in the presence of the other. The author proposes, by means of the clinical work presented, that the patient’s need was more basic: she needed to experience a fusion with another human being in order to be able to distinguish herself from the other. This would create the conditions for the development of inter-psychic relations, which represent the basis through which language will be structured and the speech and language therapy can be developed.
