摘要：O presente trabalho tem por objetivo discutir a Educação Ambiental no ensino regular considerando a trajetória histórica de sua inserção e os principais elementos normativos que a regulamenta. Para isso, o estudo se divide em seções. Primeiramente, antes de adentrar nas especificidades da Educação Ambiental, há a preocupação de situar o leitor no que se refere ao ensino formal brasileiro atual, trazendo, nas duas primeiras seções do trabalho, leis e princípios que orientam os diferentes níveis e modalidades de ensino. Em seguida, nas três últimas seções, ao abordar sobre a Educação Ambiental, atenta-se à realização de um breve panorama histórico de emergência desse campo de saber, tratando, em seguida de normas que regulam sua prática no ensino regular. E por fim, busca-se ilustrar, com alguns trabalhos acadêmicos, um pouco das práticas escolares de Educação Ambiental realizadas em alguns dos diferentes níveis e modalidades de ensino do país.
其他摘要：The present essay aims to discuss the Environmental Education within regular school considering the historical path of its insertion and the main normative elements that rules it. For that, the study is divided in three sections. Firstly, before going to the Environmental Education's specifics, there's the concern of familiarizing the reader about the Brazilian formal education bringing, in the two first sections of the essay, laws and principles that guide the different levels and modalities of education. Following, in the three last sections, discussing Environmental Education, it gives attention to a brief historical background on the rising of this field of knowledge and then discussing the rules that regulate its practice in regular education. Lastly, it illustrates with some academic works a little bit of the school practice in Environmental Education realized by some different levels and modalities of teaching within the country.
