摘要：Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) is a rare but dangerous condition occurring with an incidence of 3-4 cases per million per year. CVST presents a diagnostic challenge due to its varied presentation pattern. Here we report a case of a 40 year old diabetic, male, presenting with sudden severe headache with quadriplegia, where two predisposing factors were found.Bangladesh Crit Care J March 2015; 3 (1): 39-41
