摘要：Este artigo tem como objetivo contribuir para a discussão do papel do coordenador pedagógico, baseando-se em perspectivas teóricas distintas: a positivista, a humanista e a crítica. Ênfase é dada à perspectiva pós-moderna para que se saliente o papel do coordenador adequado a este mundo de contínuas mudanças e transformações em que múltiplas verdades coexistem.
其他摘要：This article aims at contributing to the discussion of the role of the pedagogical coordinator, based on different theoretical perspectives: the positivist, the humanist and the critical. Emphasis is placed on the post-modernist perspective in order to point out the role of the coordinator required in our world of continuous change and transformations, in which multiple “truths” coexist.
