摘要：O objetivo principal deste trabalho é mostrar algumas formas através das quais mecanismos de consciência lingüística podem ser desenvolvidos através da interação em sala de aula. Acredita-se que as tarefas pedagógicas com foco na forma em ambientes comunicativos sejam capazes de desenvolver nos aprendizes alguns tipos de mecanismo de foco na forma, tais como notar (Batstone, 1994; Schmidt, 1990, 1995), criar hipóteses (Schmidt, 1995) e manipular a língua-alvo (Batstone, 1994). Este trabalho busca, em primeiro lugar, mostrar os diferentes significados do termo foco na forma. Num segundo momento, descreve a abordagem metodológica e o contexto. Finalmente, olha para vários excertos de discurso de sala de aula com o intuito de analisar de que forma os mecanismos de foco na forma podem se desenvolver através da interação.
其他摘要：The main objective of this paper is to show some ways in which some mechanisms to make learners’ aware of some formal aspects of the foreing language they are learning can be fostered through classroom language interaction. This study is based on the belief that focus on form tasks in communicative classrooms can help learners’ develop some focus on form mechanisms such as noticing (Batstone, 1994; Schmidt, 1990, 1995), hypothesis forming (Schmidt, 1995), and language manipulating (Batstone, 1994). This article aims, first, at showing the different meanings of the term focus on form. Second, it describes the method and the context. Finally, it provides a discourse analysis of two classroom episodes in order to show how focus on form mechanisms can be interactively developed.
