摘要：This study analyses the level of emotional exhaustion (EE), depersonalization (DP), and personal accomplishment (PA) towards job burnout (JB). Consequently, the relationship between the emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment with job burnout were determined. The research is conducted with 151 respondents whom are the employees of Royal Malaysian Police (RMP), located at Bukit Aman – Kuala Lumpur in which the findings revealed that emotional exhaustion and depersonalization has a significant relationship with job burnout, while personal accomplishment does not.
