摘要：Over the past few years, the attention of many Russian and foreign researchers has been focused on changes in the laws of functioning of the world gas market due to the phenomenon of shale revolution in the US. The most in depth analysis the following aspects of this problem were subjected to: economic and energy, economic and technical, environmental and geopolitical. Within the frameworks of analysis of the economic and energy aspect of the shale revolution, researchers have focused on the assessment of the economic consequences of this phenomenon for the world gas market and market of energy resources. This article presents a comprehensive author study of the consequences of the "shale revolution" for the world and for Russia.
