摘要：The protein, so called “extractable protein”, was isolated from 4.7kg.of fresh scenedesmus by the autolysis-grinding-butanol method. This protein, 96g.in dry weight corresponding to. 18 per cent of the true protein of scenedesmus, had a light greenish white colour. The studies on the nutritive value and amino acid composition of this protein are in progress.
