摘要:Fourth grade children of two primary schools which stood under the same condition from the geographical and cultural viewpoint in Chiba Prefecture, served as subjects. The levels of vitamin A and carotene in the blood plasma, and the levels of thiamine riboflavin and ascorbic acid in the whole blood were determined at intervals. Results of the determination of the vitamins in the blood indicated that the school feeding contributed largely to improve the nutritional status of the children concerning vitamin A and thiamine.
