摘要： Atualmente, no contexto fisioterapêutico, encontra-se uma grande demanda de crianças com lesões neurológicas ou atrasos no desenvolvimento neuropsicomotor. Dentro da etiologia para tais lesões ou atrasos encontra-se a prematuridade, que pode estar relacionada a gravidez na adolescência. Objetivo: verificar o nível de conhecimento dos adolescentes sobre os riscos da gravidez precoce e ressaltar a importância de campanhas educativas no que diz respeito ao aumento de conhecimento que poderá gerar uma mudança de comportamento através de ações contínuas. Métodos: a amostra foi composta por 31 adolescentes de ambos os sexos, que cursam o ensino médio na Escola Municipal Julião Nogueira, situada em Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ. Para avaliar o nível de conhecimento dos adolescentes foi utilizado um questionário contendo perguntas fechadas aplicado em dois momentos: pré e pós-palestra. Abordando os temas discutidos na palestra. Resultados: a partir da realização do teste qui-quadrado, foi observado que, nos tópicos que abordavam questões sobre fertilização e anatomia do aparelho reprodutor, métodos contraceptivos e riscos da gravidez precoce para mãe e para o bebê, houve aumento significativo no nível de conhecimento pós-palestra, salvo o tópico relacionado ao pré-natal para o qual não houve diferença significativa. Conclusão: Os resultados da pesquisa demonstram o efeito de palestras educacionais no processo de educação sexual, onde foi possível concluir que as palestras constituem importantes ferramentas no que diz respeito ao aumento de conhecimento, o que pode contribuir para prevenção da gravidez precoce.
其他摘要： Nowadays, in the physiotherapeutic context, we find a great amount of children with neurological problems or tardiness in neuropsicomotor development. In the ethiology of such problems or tardiness, prematurity can be found, which can be related to teen pregnancy. Objective: verify the teen's level of knowledge about the risks of premature pregnancy, and clarify the importance of educative campaigns on the growth of knowledge that could generate a change in behavior through continuous actions. Methods: the sample group included 31 teenagers of both sexes, that study in middle school at Escola Municipal Julião Nogueira, situated in Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ. To evaluate the level of knowledge of the teens, a questionary form was used, containing objective questions applied in two moments: pre and post-lecture, containing themes discussed in the lecture. Results: through the use of the qui-squared test, a significant growth in the level of postlecture knowledge was observed, on the topics of fertilization and reproductive system anatomy, contraceptive methods and risks of premature pregnancy to the mother and baby, except for the topic related to pre-natal, to which there was no significant difference observed. Conclusion: The results of the study demonstrate the effect of educational lectures in the process of sexual education, where it was possible to conclude that the lectures consist in important tools in respect to the growth of knowledge, which can contribute to the prevention of premature pregnancy.
