摘要： Objetivo: A gravidez na adolescência tem causado sérias implicações por ser um período de transformações que acaba atingindo a adolescente e seus projetos sociais como um todo, e se apresenta como um fenômeno que vem sendo discutido a cada ano no Brasil. Por ser motivo de preocupação, este estudo buscou compreender o significado da gravidez na adolescência e os fatores nela envolvidos, tendo como objetivo analisar as mudanças ocorridas no cotidiano familiar e social de adolescentes grávidas, bem como descrever a reação da família e do parceiro na descoberta da gravidez, investigando os motivos que levaram a adolescente a engravidar precocemente e as principais consequências na sua vida. Métodos: Utilizou-se um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, realizado em uma maternidade no interior de Goiás; a amostra foi composta por 12 adolescentes grávidas entre 14 e 19 anos. Resultados: Foram identificadas três categorias a partir dos dados coletados: a falta de prevenção, o envolvimento familiar e do parceiro e a interrupção escolar. Conclusão: Pode-se concluir que atualmente a gravidez na adolescência tem causado várias mudanças na vida desses adolescentes, levando-nos a reconhecer que este problema necessita de atenção, pois gera sérias intercorrências, biológicas, familiares e sociais que se refletem na vida do adolescente e da sociedade como um todo.
其他摘要： Objective: Pregnancy during adolescence has serious implications, ushering in changes that affect adolescents and their life projects as a whole, with this phenomenon discussed year after year in Brazil. As this is a matter of much concern, this study strives to understand the meaning of teen pregnancy, and the factors involved, analyzing changes in family routines and the social lives of pregnant girls, describing the reactions of their families and partners on discovering the pregnancy, investigating the reasons why these teenagers became pregnant and exploring the main consequences on their lives. Methods: Using a qualitative approach, this descriptive study was conducted at a maternity clinic in upstate Goiás, with a sample of twelve pregnant adolescents between 14 and 19 years old. Results: Three major aspects were identified from the data collected: lack of prevention, family and partner involvement, and dropping out of school. Conclusion: This leads to the conclusion that teenage pregnancy today causes many changes in the lives of these adolescents, prompting us to acknowledge that this problem demands attention, giving rise to serious biological, social and family inter-occurrences that are reflected in the lives of adolescents and society a whole.
