摘要：Project invested with a type of Energy Performance Contracting has many stakeholders and its structure is complex. This paper built a comprehensive evaluation index system of the EPC project risk from the different stakeholders, took an EPC project as an example, and used the FAHP method to evaluate its risk and TOPSIS to verify the evaluation result. The evaluation result shows that the evaluation indicators and method are feasible, which can better solve the EPC project risk assessment problem.
