摘要：Im Beitrag wird über die Einführung eines Innovationsmanagements an der ETH-Bibliothek Zürich berichtet. Es werden die Innovationsstrategie und der Innovationsprozess vorgestellt. Zur Sprache kommen Fragen, wie Mitarbeitende mit einbezogen werden können, welche Methoden und Tools für das Ideenmanagement eingesetzt werden. Dabei kann mittlerweile auf über zwei Jahre Erfahrung zurückgeblickt werden. Weiter wird die Frage der systematischen Ideensuche thematisiert und gezeigt, wie das Innovationsmanagement mit dem Produktm anage ment verknüpft werden kann.
其他摘要：This article reports on the introduction of an innovation management program at ETH-Bibliothek, the main library of ETH Zurich, including background information from over two years of experience. The innovation strategy and the innovation process are presented. The article deals with these questions: How can employees be integrated into the process? Which tools and methods can be adapted for innovation management? Furthermore, the subject of systematic idea finding is discussed and how innovation management can be integrated into product management.
