摘要:The aim of this study was to determine Cd, Cu, and Pb distribution in five geochemical fractions of sediments localizaed in Puerto Peñasco, Caborca, Hermosillo, and Guaymas, Sonora, México. The chemical analyses of Cd, Cu, and Pb were done by sequential extraction method and flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. Cd and Pb concentrations increased from north to south, the concentrations of Cu in Puerto Peñasco, Caborca and Hermosillo were similar and Cu in Guaymas was higher 2:1. The exchangeable metal fraction showed the lower values of Cd, Cu, and Pb (< LD, 0.08, 0.13 μg/g, respectively) and the residual fraction had the highest levels of Cd 5.62, Cu 14.85, and Pb 46.55 μg/g in the oyster zone of Guaymas. The iron-manganese oxides and hydroxides fraction resulted the most important; in this fraction the highest levels of non residual metals were detected, which indicated that evaluated sediments could be related with iron-manganese oxides and hydroxides.
