摘要：¿Qué queda del panorama de la filosofía mexicana en la actualidad? ¿Cuál habrá de ser su desarrollo en el futuro? En este ensayo, el filósofo mexicano Mauricio Beuchot, apoyado en el conocimiento del pasado y el presente de esta disciplina, reflexiona acerca del devenir de la filosofía en México y plantea algunas hipótesis de lo que puede llegar a ser ella en el futuro. Además de preocuparse por la historia de la filosofía en México, concede un papel importante a la hermenéutica como mediadora que evite los excesos del cientificismo y del posmodernismo.
其他摘要：What is left of Mexican philosophy nowadays? What will be its development in the future? The Mexican philosopher Mauricio Beuchot, supported by his knowledge of the past and present of this discipline, reflects in this essay on the flux of philosophy in Mexico and puts forth some hypotheses concerning what it may become in the future. Beyond his concern with the history of philosophy ¡n Mexico, he grants a very important role to hermeneutics as a mediator enabling avoidance of the excesses of scientism and postmodernism.
