摘要：Floriano Martins, poeta, ensayista y editor brasileño, nos brinda en este ensayo una visión integral y critica de la presencia surrealista en la cultura brasileña de la primera mitad del siglo XX, y sus repercusiones hasta los tiempos presentes. Aparecen aquí bien documentadas las vicisitudes que enfrentó en esas tierras este movimiento de vanguardia, que, al ser de distinta naturaleza de aquellas sufridas en otros países latinoamericanos, resultó en una aclimatación necesariamente diferente, que no definió barreras contra el poder establecido ni representó ninguna resistencia al mismo.
其他摘要：Floriano Martins, Brazilian poet, essayist and editor, offers to us in this essay an integrated and critical view of the Brazilian cultural surrealism of the first half of the Twentieth Century, and its consequences up until the present. Here are the well documented vicissitudes that confronted the vanguard movement in that land, which were of a different nature than those suffered in other Latin-American countries. This movement adapted very differently, neither defining any barriers against established power nor representing any resistance to it.
