摘要:In accordance with several researches, the Leader-Member Exchange is a key variable in order to understand the attitudes and behaviours of the employees within the company. The results of our study, which has been conducted in a bank, show that LMX not only enhances the employees’ commitment but also it has an effect on their perception of the communication climate and welfare in the organization, which in turn influence commitment.
