摘要：The growing figures of e-commerce counter to the buyers' lack of confidence. To protect the general interest a regulating frame leaded by the LSSI and the LOPD is being developed. This study investigates the firms' compliance with these laws regarding the requirements that have to be presented on the corporate Web site. The results indicate that only 10.5% and 14.8% of the companies comply with all the requirements of the LSSI and the LOPD, respectively
