摘要:This work draws a strategic diagnosis of the industrial Spanish firm, in the context of the changes that the national and international environment raises, from two parallel investigations. The external analysis based on a study Delphi developed with an international panel of 46 experts reveals the process of change in the challenges and key factors of success, as well as the increasing exhibition and rivalry in the domestic and foreign markets. In turn, the internal analysis synthesizes the strategic and organizational evolution as well as of the competitive position of the industrial Spanish firm, with information extracted from the longitudinal study The competitiveness of the industrial Spanish firm 1984-2004 taken to end with a panel of 952 enterprises.
