摘要:The Internet’s impact on business has been tremendous. This revolution has created new behaviors among consumers, such as electronic word of mouth (eWOM), which already has been studied. Nevertheless, there is a very similar and frequent behavior among employees and ex-employees that has not yet addressed. We refer to that behavior, to which specific and important websites have been devoted, as weWOM (worker eWOM). In this article we describe weWOM, where it may be found, its relevance, and its consequences and implications for companies. We also have included a section in which we suggest a research agenda for further study.
