摘要:This study has a purpose of integrating traditional approaches in Strategic Management such as rational and organizational. It tries to identify and enhance some problems related to persons and groups in organizations influencing strategic success. In order to do that, we try to identify and locate some organizational problems into a usual rational model for the strategic decision-making process. Some of the issues implied are related with stakeholders' theory at the mission and objectives definition stage, relational strategies in the strategy design phase, acceptability and political risk in the evaluation of strategies and the set of problems related with strategy implementation and organizational change.
